The tourism team needed blogging functionality that fit its custom theme. Slow page delivery also needed attention.
What I built.
- Added a dedicated blog template within the existing WordPress theme.
- Reworked JavaScript and AJAX behavior, including asynchronous script loading.

- Page load time improved from seven seconds to 1.6 seconds.
- Organic traffic grew 120% over the following three months.
