The marketing team needed to keep a changing program current across its event sites. My part was the agenda plugin, its multisite support, and guides for day-to-day publishing.

The problem to solve.
A changing event program took eight hours to enter manually. The team needed a clearer publishing workflow across its event sites.
What I built.
- Built a custom WordPress plugin to bring structured agenda information into the site through CSV imports.
- Extended the plugin to WordPress multisite.
- Created publishing guides so the marketing team could manage the site independently.
What changed.

- Agenda entry time fell from eight hours to two.
- The team received practical guides for maintaining its publishing workflow.
